Search and rescue crews recovered the body of a Walla Walla, Wash., man missing at Jubilee Lake around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Sgt. Dan Nafziger said divers from Baker and Klamath counties' search and rescue teams found 51-year-old Jeffrey Anspach by using special sonar equipment on the Klamath County crew's boat.

Nafziger said Anspach did not appear to be wearing a life vest at the time of the incident.

Anspach was canoeing with a female friend Sunday afternoon when the canoe capsized. The friend was not injured.
