The landscape out Eastern Oregon University women's soccer is changing. Not only is the team off to a 4-0 start to the season, but player Danielle Robinson has been named Red Lion Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week the Cascade Collegiate Conference announced Monday.

Robinson, a sophomore from Auburn, Wash., was the key part to the Mountaineers defense that pitched two shutouts this past week. The two shutouts, combined with the one earlier this season, are the most shutouts for EOU since they recorded four in the 2010 season. Robinson led the defensive force that has only allowed two goals all season. The 4-0 start is the best start for the Mountaineers in school history.
