LHS keeps record clean at Ontario

ONTARIO — La Grande cruised to a 7-0 win against Ontario Tuesday.

The Greater Oregon League win moves the Tigers record to 2-0 in league play and 8-0 overall. 

The Tigers remains No. 1 in the OSAA state rankings, while Ontario sits in the No. 2 spot.

La Grande got a pair of goals from Erin Bodfish. 

Jasmine Smith, Lexus Miller-Moylan and Lacey Miles each added a goal and an assist.

La Grande will host Baker (0-2 GOL, 1-6-1 overall) at
4 p.m. Thursday. 

Ontario extends
La Grande winless streak

The La Grande boys soccer team fell to Ontario 3-2, dropping to 0-2 in Greater Oregon League play. 

The loss extends the Tigers’ losing streak to five games. La Grande is 1-6 this season.

Complete stats were not available at press time.

La Grande will host Baker at 4 p.m. Thursday.
