An Idaho man was injured Tuesday afternoon in a single vehicle rollover crash along Highway 82 near Elgin in Northeast Oregon. Oregon State Police is continuing the investigation into the cause.

According to Senior Trooper Jed Stone at approximately 3:40 p.m., a 2008 Pontiac driven by Tom Swiderski, 49, of Wendell, Idaho, was westbound on Highway 82 near milepost 21. For an unknown reason, the vehicle crossed the highway and traveled off the south side shoulder where it went up an embankment and struck two large rocks.
