La Grande Police

Arrested: Shawn Lee Presock, 30, unknown address, was arrested Friday on a charge of possession of meth, on a parole and probation detainer and on a Umatilla County warrant charging failure to appear on original charges of unauthorized use 
of a motor vehicle, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.

Arrested: Robert LaFollette Breeze Jr., 46, unknown address, was arrested Friday afternoon on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on original charges of second-degree burglary, possession of meth, third-degree theft, second-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespass.

Arrested: Mandy Lynn Hall, 34, unknown address, was arrested Friday night on a Clark County Washington State warrant charging violation of a release agreement on an original charges of possession of meth. 

Arrested: Jared C. Witty, 22, Cove, was arrested early Saturday morning on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Arrested: John Wesley Rumbelow, 36, was arrested early Monday morning on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

Union County Sheriff

Arrested: Jessica Rose Kast, 24, La Grande,was arrested Friday on a charge of making a false report.

Arrested: Gabriel John Wilson, 35, unknown address, was arrested by La Grande Oregon State Police on a Union County warrant charging order to show cause on an original charge of fourth-degree assault.

Arrested: Logan Linville Mulvany, 32, unknown address, was arrested Friday afternoon on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on original charges of second-degree failure to appear (three counts). He was additionally charged with possession of meth.

Wallowa County Sheriff

Arrested: Jeffrey Todd Boughn, 42, Wallowa, was arrested Friday on charges of driving while suspended.

Arrested: Tracy Elizabeth Passantino, 44, Wallowa, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct. He was arrested again on Friday on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, harassment, improper use of 911, resisting arrest and three counts of attempting to assault public safety officers.

La Grande Fire and Ambulance

La Grande Fire and Ambulance crews responded to eight calls for medical assistance between 7:30 a.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

La Grande Fire and Ambulance crews responded to five calls for medical assistance and one call for a possible flue fire between 7:30 a.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday.

Crews responded to eight calls for medical assistance between 7:30 a.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. this morning.

La Grande Rural Fire

At about 10:35 a.m. Friday, a crew responded to a three-vehicle crash. No one was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

At about 3:15 p.m. Friday, a crew responded to a medical emergency.

At about 5 p.m. Saturday, a crew responded to a medical emergency but was canceled prior to arrival.

At about 2:45 p.m. Sunday, a crew responded to a call for medical assistance.

Union Fire and Ambulance

From Dec. 22, 2013 to Jan. 5, 2014, Union Fire and Ambulance responded to three medical calls. No fires were reported.
