A Nampa, Idaho man was uninjured at about 12:20 p.m. Wednesday when the commercial truck he was driving rolled over on Interstate 84 in La Grande.

According to Oregon State Police Senior Trooper Walt Anderson, David A. Terry was driving a commercial truck pulling a semi-trailer near milepost 261, westbound, when an apparent right front tire problem caused Terry to lose control and veer to the right shoulder where the truck hit a guardrail and rolled. The truck and trailer came to rest along the right shoulder.

Terry was using safety restraints and was not injured.

The load of powder milk did not spill from the container on back of the flatbed semi-trailer.

Oregon State Police was assisted at the scene by Union County Sheriff's Office, La Grande Fire Department, and ODOT.
