La Grande Fire Department
The La Grande Fire Department responded to six calls for medical and one burn complaint on Monday. Crews responded to 13 calls for medical on Tuesday, 12 calls for medical, one fire alarm and one burn complaint on
Wednesday and 10 calls for medical Thursday.
La Grande Police Department
Arrested: Michael Raymond Kraus, 29, unknown address, was arrested by the Tigard Police Department on a Union County warrant on a charge of failure to appear on original charges of strangulation and harassment.
Arrested: James Edward Shelley, 48, La Grande, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended.
Arrested: Amber D. Garcia, 35, was arrested while lodged in the Union County jail on a Union County warrant on a charge of failure to appear on original charges of giving false information to police and failing to carry a license.
Arrested: Cassidy Jo Porter, 24, La Grande, was arrested on a charge of harassment and disorderly conduct.
Arrested: Ruben Kenneth Richard Shockman, 18, unknown address, was arrested on two Union County warrants: 1) on a charge of probation violation on original charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. 2) On a charge of first-degree theft and second-degree theft.
Arrested: Joshua Kelly Matott, 38, unknown address, was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Union County Sheriff’s Office
Arrested: Phelan Michael Moore, 20, Lacy, Washington, was arrested on a charge of second-degree theft and possession of heroin.
Arrested: Cody Alan Ramsey, 24, unknown address, was arrested while lodged in the Union County jail on a charge of violation of a restraining order.
Arrested: Lisa Ka Whiat, 49, unknown address, and Theodore David Stocking, 56, unknown address, were arrested on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass.
Arrested: Jeremy James Neagley, 38, unknown address, was arrested on a State Patrol Warrant on a charge of parole violation on an original charge unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Neagley was also arrested on a Cite and Release warrant out of Multnomah County on a charge of traffic offense and attempt to elude on foot.
Arrested: Savana A Whippe, 30, Halfway, was arrested in Clark County, Washington, correctional facility on a Union County warrant on a charge of order to show cause on an original charge of possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine.
Arrested: Aubrey Ricketts, 32, Summerville, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and resisting arrest.
