LA GRANDE — The Union County Historical Society will have a meeting and potluck beginning at noon Feb. 10 at the log cabin at the fairgrounds. Representatives from the Union County Museum and the Elgin and Union County historical societies will share plans and upcoming information on projects for 2018. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Women’s March display on view at library

LA GRANDE — A display highlighting the recent Women’s March is now on view at Cook Memorial Library. The Jan. 20 march was sponsored by the Union County Progressives. The organization says the display is of particular interest to young girls and women and appeals to all people who understand the importance of women and girls in our communities. Public Health Advisory Board webinar open to all

SALEM — A public meeting of the Incentives and Funding Subcommittee of the Public Health Advisory Board will take place from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 12. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss principles for public health funding, review local public health expenditure data, and review changes to the 2019-2021 public health modernization funding formula.
