Start planning for Season's Faire

Art Center East invites local artists to enter their artwork into the 31st Annual Season’s Faire regional art exhibit. Cash prizes totaling more than $600 will be awarded, including a People’s Choice award selected by attendees of the Nov. 4 opening reception.

Artists throughout the Pacific Northwest who are 18 and older are invited to show (and encouraged to sell) up to three pieces at Season’s Faire.

While Season’s Faire remains the primary fundraising event for Arts for All, Art Center East is changing the way it raises those funds. The art center is no longer requesting donations of artwork or hosting a silent auction.

Through Season’s Faire, ACE hopes to:

Gather work from Pacific Northwest artists to celebrate the arts

Create awareness of the value of arts in our communities

Raise funds to benefit the annual Arts for All event and other arts programming at ACE

Arts for All is an annual two-day arts festival in La Grande on the third weekend in April. The event gives children opportunities to explore their artistic talents through a variety of arts and crafts activities. Arts for All is a free event, made possible by funds raised at Season’s Faire.

The 2017 Season’s Faire exhibit will run from Nov. 4 to Nov. 14, with an opening reception from 6 p.m. to
8 p.m. Nov. 4.

Details about how to submit art to the show are available at or by calling 541-624-2800.
