COVE — It does not look like the Cove School District will not be building a new elementary school in the near future.

As of 8 p.m., Cove voters are rejecting their school district's $4 million bond levy, 379-222, in the Tuesday, May 16, election. Passage of Measure 31-117, would have provided the school district with funding needed to build a new elementary school.
