BAKER CITY — The Baker/Powder Valley girls soccer program put up a resounding scoreline in a home victory over Four Rivers on Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2021. The Baker/Powder Valley team won 8-0 over the Falcons to improve to 2-3 on the season.

The win marks back-to-back victories over Four Rivers, with Baker/Powder Valley winning 5-1 on Sept. 2. Four Rivers falls to 0-2 on the year, struggling in both matchups with Baker/Powder Valley.

After losing 10-2 to Pendleton/Weston-McEwen to start the season 0-3, things are starting to turn around for Baker/Powder Valley as the team has now won its last two matchups 5-1 and 8-0.

Up next, Baker/Powder Valley heads to Idaho to face Fruitland High School (0-2) at 4 p.m. on Sept. 14.
